From the research and analysis work that has been undertaken to date as part of the Joint Strategic Needs Assessment, and which has fed into a range of plans, particularly the Health and Wellbeing Strategy, the new Local Area Agreement and the PCT Strategic Plan, the key priorities for health and wellbeing in Blackburn with Darwen have been identified as follows :-
